Motorola Atrix won't charge past 70%?

I've had the Motorola Atrix from ATT for two months now, and when I had the background data on the battery would last me about a day and a half. About three days ago, my battery would die in about 4 hours so I turned off the background data but that didn't help. Now it won't charge past 70%, even if I leave it plugged in over night.

Any idea on what is wrong with it or what I should do?
