Well as from latest Motorola phone Motorola ATRIX 4G will likely to release on March 1 as traditionally AT&T launch new gear on a Sunday whereas March 1st happens to be a Tuesday, so either AT&T is breaking with tradition or the date is wrong. It will come with price around $199 with 2 Year contract:
