I'm trying to set up my new motorola 326g phone and transfer music to it, but I get a message saying that "the phone USB mode is not supported" and asking me to use a supported mode. I also get a "memory locked" message on my phone. I also can't find the "format memory card" option in "initial setup" on the phone.
can anyone offer help with these problems or point me to someplace that knows? my computer runs Windows Vista.

I can get the phone to show up, but when I click "removable disk" to get to it thru the USB connection it tells me "please insert a disk into Removeable Disk."
now I think I got the memory card working, but when I try to use the memory card to get music onto the phone when I go to "music library" I get a message saying "T flash card is full. System file cannot be created..."
I got the phone to register the microSD and I can use it to record the voice notes on, but I can't get it to register any music files I put on it.
