I used to ride an '06 Suzuki Boulevard C50 before a stupid b**h decided to weave across the center divider in her blazer, causing me to slam on my brakes and lose control.
She corrected, but I had to put the bike down to keep from colliding head on. The bike went under the truck, I ricocheted off the truck and went for a little trip, breaking my knee, ankle, and two toes.
The State Trooper found me at fault - since the bi**h had corrected, and I ended up crossing the center line (several 'witnesses' somehow managed to not see the truck swerve - probably because they were babbling on their cell phones too).
Fortunately I had good insurance, and they covered everything, and I ended up with a nice sized check once all was said and done.
(In short - be careful, especially if you are new. I would definitely suggest taking a riding course).
I'm pondering what I am going to buy next - it might be another Boulevard, possibly an M90 or M109R, but I've also been looking at Victory (especially the Vegas 8-Ball), Honda Fury, and the Yamaha V-Max.
