I just finished installing new air filters, kreeming the tank and installing 2 new spark plugs,oil changed with new filter. The bike starts up but when i took it for a ride I just could not accelerate, it sounded as if the engine was starving for fuel. I checked the fuel flow it was good, so i need to know if i need a new fuel pump or just grim in the carb. Or something I'm missing out that someone out there knows?

yeah filters only go one way, and they are correctly installed!
 
The fact that you had to kreem the tank suggests something is in the carburetors.
Clean the carbs and install an in-line fuel filter - to prevent flaking kreem
from getting into the carbs.
