The ad tells that it needs carbs and front brake overhaul, is that something that is generally easy to do, or am I over my head? A mechanic said that to bring this to top-notch shape it'd cost around a grand, I want to avoid that and do it myself for financial reasons and for pride. Tell me if this might be too much work for a person with little motor mechanics history.
