I'm considering to buy motorcycle. The bike has matching vins on the engine and frame but they are of a different bike that's 15 yrs older. What could possibly explain this and should I buy the bike? The seller. Has had it for 3 years and said it has never been an issue. Should I buy it? Hes willing to go down to aaa and do a title transfer with me.
