Okay, I am going to be buying my boyfriend textile trousers and a textile jacket - for his motorbike - for his 18th birthday. I was wondering what make would be best, as I've heard some companies say their product is 100% waterproof and turns out it's not. Some extra information would be that he drives out to my house (approx 30-40 miles away) so I'm looking for something that will keep him dry as it rains quite a bit. I need something that will protect him (knee pads etc), something that is reasonable price wise and is of a good quality, and should last 3 years or so. Any ideas?
