Motor Swap on a 2000 ford ranger?

Ok so I have a 2000 ford ranger xlt extended cab with a 2.5 4 cylinder 4 speed manual with OD. I just bought a 2000 ford ranger 3.0 L with an automatic. The clutch is out of the 2.5 and the motor is out of the 3.0. The 3.0 is in much nicer shape then the 2.5. Would I be able to put the 4 cylinder into the 6 cylinder? Will the bell house bolt up the same?
