it is a 4 forward gears 48 cm displacment engine with zhongya tires front and rear 20 psi max inflation i want to make it street legal? I have the rear brake light, rear signal lights, signal switches for the left and right to install (the front signal lights have been ordered but not yet received) what can i do?
