Moto SLVR vs SE Z800

so, my frend wants to trade me his Z800, perfect working condition, n 9/10 condition for my 1 week used SLVR 9.5/10 condition.
what would u guys rather have?
i personally, do like SE's a lot more than Moto's, so plz keep that in mind if the pro's r quite close to each other.
this phone will be a backup phone, which i think will see very little action, as i do have a SE W900 alrdy.
 
i'd say z800 in this case.. just cause.. it has a bigger expandable memory. but if reception is a concern in your area.. stick with the slvr
