moto q wap not working with 1013 prl

it worked well with the 1050 prl but now i *228 and i am stuck with no internet.
I am on jump fyi but no difference.
Anyone know the reason?
i have done the hdr auth hack for evdo, but i did that a week ago and it worked well.
Any help would be appreciated!
It says verify you have network coverage and try again, i tried all the trouble shooting possible and double checked all the settings but no cigar.
 
i called in, had my account refreshed an still no cigar,
i also checked to see if my q was listed as a razr but the guy said it was not and that he couldn't change it because it was automatic. so i guess thats my problem, does anyone know how to convince them to change it to a razr or another phone that allows evdo?
