Moto q flash problem

can you be more specific on what system you are using?
are you double clicking it or using Command prompt?
you should be using command prompt like the tutorial says...
 
It should look like this C:\Q>rapiconfig.exe /p delete-n-set.xml (now hit enter)
right here when I press enter it give me error that delet-n-set.xml is not valid win 32 file
can you tell how to fix ?
 
do you have the file in your C folder? It should be in a folder named "Q" with the rapiconfig application and the xml files as well. C folder meaning your root drive.
 
That's your problem right there... If you are following those directions verbatim then your pc is unable to find the program because it is looking on the wrong place.

C:\Q>rapiconfig.exe /p delete-n-set.xml

Since you named yours "motoq" then go like this:

C:\motoq>rapiconfig.exe /p delete-n-set.xml

That should work.
 
sorry I made mistake it was as Q in c folder this it was look like when I try
C:\Q>rapiconfig.exe /p delete-n-set.xml then I press enter and it said access is denied and and screen pop up it said like this
C:\Q\RapiConfiq.exe is not valid Win32 application
 
Try removing that whole folder and then redownloading it again (if you don't have a backup of it) and then put that stuff back in the C drive under the Q folder and try it again. I just had that same problem tonight trying to flash a Q and got the same error you were getting on several machines. I just deleted that folder and restored it with the zip backup I keep.

I have no clue what happened or what caused it but that worked for me. I hope this helps you out. If not, I guess it is back to the drawing board...
