moto K1m problem

I have the K1m and I reacently switched from verizon to cricket I flashed it to the cricket firmware and since doing that I can't get the moto phone tools to decect the phone so I can reload my contacts onto the phone. any help would be appreciated.

Phone might be in USB mass storage mode. If that's the case, go to your settings and set it as a modem instead.

It's set to modem. I've tried it with both settings to see if it would work either way and no luck.

Go to the download section of hacktherazr.com and use the driver tool. Uninstall the existing drivers using that tool, then load the drivers from that site and try again.
