moto dext insert sim

i got one moto dext fone asking for logging after log in now phone saying no sim card insert need help how to fix this problem ??
 
Same problem here;
accept only factory locked one (movistar)
not accept test card or other and show insert sim card.

hi I have the same problem but it's still accept cdma simcard, I've tested it and cliq show motoblur login screen without the insert simcard/no sim screen wifi works and so on without call/sms function. then when I tried to reunlock
it says remaining attemps = 0. anyone know how to reset it back to 10?
