What is your motivation when it comes to working out. What is your motivation when you are actually working out and have to lift the last couple of pounds, or are so tired but have to run the last couple of miles.
Also what is your motivation when it comes to anything in life? How do you remember your goals and dreams when you are busy. For example I seem to be extremely motivated at first, but when I am tired or have too much to do I seem to forget about my goals and dreams. So how do you constantly stay motivated without giving up on your goals.
An example * before I start working out I listen to music to get pumped up and that motivates me.
