Apparently, she dropped one child off at daycare, went to work, came out after work and found her dead child. This is the second one in the Cincinnati area in a year. Both mothers got off. Other mothers have left their kids in the car but those lucky kids didn't die, and they were charged with crimes. Several are serving time, and their children removed from the home.
What are your thoughts? Should she have been charged with murder? Child abuse? Child endangering?
I believe that she shouldn't ever have more children and her other child be monitored by SOMEONE so the same doesn't happen to him.
The story is becoming a HUGE issue here, and most folks on the blog think once again, someone got away with disposing of a child they didn't want with no charges since they come from an affluent family and are well educated.
