Hi, first of all I would like to thankyou for helping me in my dilemma!
Me and my boyfriend have been together about 8-9months now, we've both started new jobs in the last 2months, so everything has turned out great between us.
When my boyfriend was 18, he was thrown out of his house by his mum and step-dad because he had a car crash, so he went to live with his Granny. It came to a stage where my boyfriend starting living at my house a few days of week, as it was easier to get back and for to work etc...
Now, my boyfriend has a new job, and speaking to his mum again, she asked him if he would want to move back in...which he approved.
He now lives with his parents not far away from my house, but there is one problem. His mother hates me. I've met her plenty of times, but the last time I met her she called me an "ignorant little girl"..and started shouting at me saying I never make an effort, when all I ever do is get on with everyone for my boyfriends sake, even if I didnt like them, but I did before all this happend!
She told me I'm not welcome at her house anymore, and that I just just go home...
It's been 2 days since the arguement, and I'm finding it all so upsetting.
I would hate my boyfriend to choose over me and his mum, but she hasn't been there for the last 8months when I had, I gave him a home, and made sure he was happy, had food etc...even did my parents take him in as there old child. and now, she repays me with this. I'm not invited to there house tonight for a family get together, and im finding this all so upsetting...please help me. I know it's her loss, but why am i finding this all so complicated?!
