Mother In law doesnt want grandchildren?

My mother in a law is great! But she is constantly telling other people she doesnt want ANYMORE grandchildren. She was never able to have natural children so i dont know if this is why she doesnt want my husband and I to have anymore? We have three now (which is quite a few) but, we have great jobs kids are happy and healthy.. I just thought grandparents thought the more the better. It really upsets me when she introduces my children to people and says that she hopes my youngest is the last! We never ask them for help we are totally independent. Any ideas why she would be like this?
 
Say you want to have 20 kids,
she'll get over saying that real quick.

My Grandparents had 15 children, 3 is not
" quite a few ". Ha ha ha

God said to go forth and multiply.
 
Well since she does not have to have them and you and your husband are independent financially and spiritually have as many as God allows. She will live.
