Most famous photo of the 90's?

I need to do this for my recent history project. We need the "Photo of the Decade" of the 90's and be able to write a paragraph about it. I can't think of a famous photo from the 90's
 
There are several:
1992 - Los Angeles riots
1993 - Branch Davidians standoff and fire in Waco, Texas.
1994 - 1994 Northridge earthquake kills 57 in the Los Angeles area.
1995 - Oklahoma City bombing kills 168 and wounds 800.
1996 - TWA Flight 800 explodes off Long Island killing all 230 aboard.
1999 - Columbine High School massacre in Littleton, Colorado

Any of these could qualify for "Photo of the Decade" . Since you're a student, I would go for the Columbine High School massacre, because most students can relate to this.
