More ram or better processor w/ bluetooth for laptops?

theres two choices of laptops. One has a i3 350m (2.26 Ghz) but 4 gigs of ram and no bluetooth for $589.53. The other laptop is the same model w/ different specs. It has i3 370m processor (2.4 Ghz) w/ 3 gigs of ram and bluetooth included for $581.99. Otherwise everything else is the same. Which one would you choose? Why?
