I remember the "Million Mom" march on Washington to ban firearms was grossly overestimated by news agencies like CNN and AP, with an actual number around 22 to 25 thousand as I recall. They bragged about how large the crowd on the mall was back in January, and there were more marchers there last saturday, yet CNN and AP and others downplayed it as "tens of thousands" when foreign news agencies estimated at least a million marchers were present. Afterwards CNN has tried to portray it as a flash in the pan with no staying power (as they did April 15th and July 4th), refusing to admit it was a bigger march than any liberal cause in recent decades. Is any more proof needed that what is reported as news, is dependent entirely on the political views of that news agency? The other day before a commercial break a CNN hostess said the democrats and republicans were opposed on some issue and commented: "Who is right? We'll tell you." I don't need anyone's opinion packaged as fact, just give me ALL the facts, let me decide what I believe.
