My xbox360 is in my basement and the wireless G linksys wrt54g router is all the way upstairs on the other end of the house (over 275ft + many walls,floors,cats and dogs.)
I have given up on wireless.
*WAP - Faild - signal very weak
*WAP+ booster - failure (the WAP was stronger than the booster!)
I assume distance does not matter with these "powerline adapters"?
but would they distort the signal any?
Would they be strong enough for online gaming?
i think bestbuy has a pair for 100 bucks - i dont remeber the brand but i may buy them tomorow
