Okay just bought Jba Shorty Cat4ward headers, Aem Brute Force CAI, and helix throttle body spacer. Getting them put on tuesday. Also have already had dual exhuast with my flowmaster super 44 muffler.. just looking for some more horsepower dont say new heads i dont have the type of money pleze haha.. im just a kid who loves his truck.
 
You're also a kid who doesn't understand his truck.

Assuming you want more "Go" to your truck, you want torque, not horsepower.

Horsepower helps with top end speed. Torque gets you moving.

And so far, nothing you've bought will really help with that. You should have saved your money, and bought the heads that you now say you can't afford.
