my back pain started 2 years ago in which i delt with it. I'm a electrician and the pain became unbearable and my right leg started giving out when working. I finally went to a doctor and had a MRI done. He told me I had a herniated disc and referred me to a surgion. Surgion said I had a marble sized fragment of s1/l5 disc pinching nerve. had microdiscectomy 4 months ago. Pain is now more intense, now is on left side and right side like before. Pain is also more intense and constantly have intense "pins and needles" feeling in surgery area. Just had 2nd MRI done and waiting for next appointment for results. Was told results could be that it neeRAB more time to heal, scar tissue , or reherniated disc. we'll see. back is on fire right now leaning over computer. And by the way I'm 29 and don't thing I'll be working electrical construction anymore. I think I'm screwed forever, which is uterly depressing.
