In layman's terms, what it means is there is an increasing high demand for smaller telecomputing technology that increases at a charted (see website) exponential rate. The smaller the technology, the greater the number of applications in which it can be used. The greater the demand for technology on a smaller scale, the greater the production of said techy items.
