I'm currently driving a 1994 Plymouth Voyager, which is almost the same as a Dodge Caravan, and the front passenger side seatbelts gets stuck occasionally, and I was wondering whether they need lubrication or what? Also, will I get a ticket if my passenger cannot swing over and lock his/her seatbelts? (No lewd jokes).
