month late 4 negative hpt and 1 blood test all negative?

If the blood test was done when you were already a month late then it's accurate. Go back to your doctor for the symptoms and ask what's up.

I had a ectopic pregnancy on February 14 (yea happy valentines day to me) and my doctors told me to wait 3 months and we could try again. after the ectopic my periods were all regular well now i am a month late on my period, cramping in side, very emotional, sore breast and all the above. i have taken 4 hpt and they were negative went to doctor and the blood one was negative too. what could it be? could it be to early
