I love Monster House, it's a pretty cool movie, I really loved that I watched it on Halloween, it's kinda best to watch it then.
 
The animation looks a little creepy - like Polar Express. It's people like, yet not. Creepy :)

I have heard this movie had a tough time finding a middle ground - that it is a little scary for younger viewers/kids but not enough of ... anything? ... for older viewers? Does this seem accurate?
 
I know, Im pretty shocked too that not many people have seen it. It was worth checking out, it had a pretty good cast, the animation was wonderful, and the behind the scenes were interesting, and cute to watch.
 
I cannot believe this thread (and ostensibly this film) has been so unpopular! I would have thought it was going to be a smash hit, but I guess not since no one I know saw it, and it's coming out on DVD.

I'm definitely renting it - and I'm glad to know you really liked it, Jenny! :)

I keep seeing ads for this and it looks adorable. Here's the IMDb page on the film, which comes out soon.

Look at all the vocal talent - so cool! :)

Anyone else looking forward to this?
