Hi there all, hope all is doing okay? I am back to square one. I landed in the ER saturday night getting a shot of Dilodid because i was hurting so bad I think what aggrivated this was giving my small dog bath! The ER about fell over when i told them i was only getting two 500mg vicodin a day, they said thats not going to do it. And then just before i was put on voltaren to try to help but it's messing with my stomache. I was supposed to follow up with my dr. this week and havent been able to ugh. I am just baffled on what to do, it hurts so bad, like my back is broken. Take care, Monkey
 
Have you had a recent MRI? Are you actively seeing an orthopedic spine surgeon or neurosurgeon along with a pain management physician?
 
SpineZ, I had a recent MRI that stated I have some disc protrusion and herniation in another area and the sacralized lower lurabar. i have seen a Neurosugeon twice they both act like i'm crazy of course, thats how i feel anyway. And the last neuro stated just about everyone has a disc herniation blah, blah, The only thing i dont get it how the hell cannot i not walk or stand right 75% of the time and be on disability because it states i have spinal arthritis ect. And yet theres nothing wrong. No, they dont tell me that but what gives, i am so tired and wanting to give in and give up again. I went months to a pain clinic and when through trons of injections with no relief and so he left it up to me to go back to my regular dr. as he did all that he could do! So i have went back to square one!

Have you seen an orthopedic spine surgeon? I've had a great deal of luck with OSS for all of my spinal surgeries.
 
Hi Monkey!! I am so sorry that you are still in pain and have not received any help. I am back and will be here to support you as much as I can. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

My biggest advice is to find a really good pain doctor who will help you find some relief whether it be thru medicine or alternative methoRAB such as accupuncture, biofeedback, etc.

aww Monkey....so sorry that you are suffering so. I do understand what you said about the Drs. saying they find little or nothing...and infer or say you can't be in that much pain.....ha....that's when I would like to slam their head in a door...and say that doesn't hurt now does it....bit extreme, but it does get the point across... You just have to keep speaking with you Dr....or ortho...or neuro...whoever you feel the most comfortable with....

Monkey sorry to hear that you are still in so much pain and doctors treating you that way. I start to boil when I hear cases like this and there are so many.

Just want you to know that you are in my prayers and I hope you will get some relief soon.
