I've had this Samsung SyncMaster 2232BW LCD monitor for 2 years now. Just recently when I first turn it on it will flash repeatedly for a few seconds then proceed normally with no problems. I haven't changed anything and it happens rather the PC is on or not. Is this a sign that it's going out or is it something else?
