Monday night dinner

We are leaving on vacation Friday so I am trying to feed us out of the
freezer and fridge as much as possible all week.

Tonight was the second half of a package of lobster ravioli I had bought
(frozen) at Costco just before Christmas. This time I served
it with the encllosed white wine and butter sauce with about a cup
of shredded smoked salmon I usually serve as an hors d'oeuvre hen e
have guests. It made a wonderful sauce and really enhanced the
seafood flavor.

One the side, onion and fresh sugar snap peas lightly sauteed in butter
and olive oil.

Sooooo good!
