my father open a chevy chase account for my mother after one year my father passed away and my mother is back home in my country and i was searching through my father's paper and i found my mom's bank statement and it said it has money in it. i went to bank to check about my mom's account they said they can't tell me anything my mom have to be present at the bank but she cant come here. i don't even have her debit card or check book. is their anyway that i can get the money???
