Moment 2.1 is not stable

Ok i have the moment and i updated it. But it only updated half way. Like i downloaded the update and it never installed. Thats what the sprint guy told me. So he said to keep trying to update firmware and it wont update. Here r some issuse im having. Lock screen goes away. The sleep senser is goin on and off. So my phone sleeps by its self. And i lose the ev thing at the top... please some one help me...

I have had hardware problems with the Moment. It has been replaced twice. The radio kept turning off. I have also had to do a factory reset on it and will probably have to this again soon. My phone will not lock sometimes and also the the proximity sensor acts up sometimes. The only way to resolve those issues is to reset the phone. I wonder if it is the build or the hardware. I suspect it is a combinaion of both. I will just hold on and do what I have to do until a phone comes out that I want. I.e - dual core and 3.0.
