Mold Sickness

need information. should i keep my windows closed or open when i sleep. i have mold sickness due to where i live (house). i never had an issue before moving into this residence. i am so confused and not sure what I should do to help me get well except move? please..any info is greatly appreciated..
 
I would think the first thing you would want to do is get rid of the mold. A good cleaning of the particular area with a chlorine bleach and water solution should do it. Do you know exactly where the mold is?

And I certainly wouldn;t leave the windows open - in the winter it is too cold and to many allergens/dust/mold floating around the rest of the year.
 
mold is throughout the home. i rent a room. its carpeted so i can't clean floor. i guess i will have to move. ty for your reply.
 
COuld you not pay to have the carpet cleaned? Are you sure it's mold in the carpet? Just tossing out ideas.
