Most of it is white and soft or a little fuzzy... there are also some blackish spots.
Unless someone has a better idea, what I'm thinking I'll do is take out the plants, scrub the pots and then maybe dip them in boiling water so the heat can kill of any spores. Then I guess I'll change as much of the soil as I can without disturbing roots too much.
