Moisturizer dried out?

Okay, I bought this product called Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer a few months ago and only recently started using it. I still want to use it, and I know there's stuff in there but it won't come out, almost as if it dried out or stuck together or something.. is there any way to fix ithis? i was thinking of heating it so it would melt or something but idk if that's a good idea or how to go about it. Any suggestions or any one who used this product w/ the same problem? Please help!! Thanks.
 
heating it could loosen it up but you might separate the cream and fluid or other substances. i suggest you buy a new one or take it to the store you got it and ask for help.
