Mogul vs. Kaiser

The Kaiser is more expensive and is better. AT&T is also more expensive and is arguably better in some ways, worse in others.

Features cost money; how many do you want?

I am using a 6700 presently and it does most of what I want, albeit slowly. I understand that Verizon has the better network, but the Kaiser seems like a really nice phone.

1. I love the sliding keyboard
2. I need to run medical programs (Epocrates, etc.)
3. Would love a better earpiece volume than the 6700
4. Voice Command Dialing
5. Understand 3G is of course faster, but understand it kills the battery?

Not a power user per se, but I don't want it to drag either.

The Kaiser will be the best pocketable HTC device out at the time of release. It has the same CPU and HD space as the Mogul, but has twice the RAM, WM6, GPS, better camera and a tilting screen. Probably better build quality as well, since it uses the same metallic casing as the Herald.

3G will drain the battery just as any other high-speed network connection for your phone. You likely won't have any complaints as HTC has great batteries. AT&T should be getting the Kaiser in as the 8925. I'm not sure how much they'll screw up the ROM, however.

Here is a link to a great comparison of the two...I have a P4000 - but I see the Kaiser as the superior device (kind of like the "big brother" of the mogul).

Thanks for all the help. I am still a bit hesitant to switch to AT&T for worry about their network quality. I will be out of town in October and November and they don't offer coverage there. A work around is possible, but I will have to decide if that is a deal breaker or not.
