Recently, my car was brushed on passenger side doors. I do not want to replace the factory doors just for the sake of dents on the frame. Instead, I was thinking if I could mod the doors with something that will cover the damage and will also look cool but not too gaudy.

Any ideas? Will I be able to fix a kind of round metallic lining many cars have on the doors? I can use similar kind of stuff and stick parallel stripes (three to four, covering the whole area) on the doors. I will have to make it look symmetrical so I will use the same thing on driver side too, if need be.

Would it be worth a try? I know it would not look too professional, but I think it would certainly improve the looks.

Let me say this. What every you do hide it. The dent will still show. On some dents you can use a suchion cup to pull most of it out. It does not put holes in door to pull it out. In some area of the door near botton with window up you can push some of the dent out. These things should be done first.
Anything put on the out side of the door will follow the dend out line. The dent may even be high lited and show more. If is pushed out it will not show as much. The edge modeling will look good.
