Applications turns your S60 phone into a great USB webcam replacement. It connects over Bluetooth, no wires necessary. Works with Skype, AOL IM, MSN, Yahoo and many others!
 
I've been beta testing it on my N73. There's still a few bugs:

1. There's no option to rotate the pic 90 degrees, so you can't lay your phone on your side.Some phones will only stand on their own if they're on their side.
2. No sound - doesn't use the phone's mic for sound.
