I frequently travel to Paris and spend 2 to 4 weeks in a year. I use the horrific Estonia mobile number purchased in UK. Since I don't know French apart from 'bonjour' 'merci' 'bu pale angle' - I could not explore the equivalent of Pay as you go scheme there as offered by Carphone warehouse here. Can anybody help me to give some details of the scheme that I can purchase there? I basically require a sim card meant for foreigners - with free incoming calls and cheap national and international calls -preferably unlimited validity (whenever I come to Paris I can use it to receive calls for free and make cheap calls -local and international.
