Hi bit of a problem with a mobile phone,and hope someone can answer this.
I bought my daughter a brand new Quad band mobile phone,i am in the U.K and it was on the o2 network.
She has since moved to Texas in America,the reason why i made sure it was a Quad band mobile.
We have been keeping in touch via the internet,and have video called eachother tonight.
When she turned the mobile on it changed itself,from o2 to T-Mobile so the screen now shows T-Mobile not the original o2.
She would like to start using the mobile,but how should she credit the phone it is pay as you go.
Anyone who may have experience of this situation,or maybe in the mobile phone business in the U.K or U.S.A help would be appreciated.
Basically is her mobile now T-Mobile instead of the original o2-UK,and should she now credit the phone with T-Mobile credit.
