mobile phone dropped in water?

so i went canooing today and my boat capsized with my bag (and it included my mobile) it took a minute before the mobile was out off the water. i opened it a few minutes later (prob 3 minutes) and dried the phone with my clothes and took out the battery and sim. then i inserted it back. i put it out in the sun (10 minutes later) and kept drying ti with dry clothes. 4 hours later i got home and put the phone under a hair dryer (for 2 minutes i guess). but now (3 hours later)the Mobile switches on and it shuts off

so my question is will it work again? what else can i try (not the rice thing) and my second question is my sim is stuck in the phone as well how do i take it out undamaged?
