I have the samung epic from sprint and the other day i just wanted to see if i could turn on the mobile hotspot..
i hear you can't turn it on if you dont have it on your plan...
but it turned on anyway, and my friend was able to use it for a few minutes.
i was kinda scared it would start charging right away so i stopped it.
what does this mean?
i didn't see any extra charges.. is it just a glitch?
