I need some help, please. I received a letter from my the property manager stating that "The Courts have ruled that the owner of a manufactured home park IS NOT responsible for the maintenance of trees..." (for Washington State). I have been searching the Internet and have not been able to come up with said ruling. Can you help me find it?
