S Sean New member Jun 14, 2009 #2 The AIM application comes preloaded on most Verizon Wireless phones. To check if you already have it - 1. Check under "Messaging" 2. Then under "Mobile IM" Or 1. Check "Get it now" 2. Select "Tools on the Go" 3. Select "Mobile IM"
