I'm writing a book report and I put many one sentence quotes in my essay. Which of these formatting is correct?
1. “What the advertiser needs to know is not what is right about the product but what is wrong about the buyer” (128).
2. “What the advertiser needs to know is not what is right about the product but what is wrong about the buyer.” (128).
And do I need to add the last name and a cite-source page when it's obvious that I had to have gotten the quote from the one, single source?
