I recently started this new job which I love. One of the guys starting flirting with me and I thought it was quite harmless. We seemed to get on okay, and at a work function he told me how nice i looked and kept buying me drinks. I was starting to like him and from then onwards we started texting. The other night he bluntly asked me if i wanted to sleep with him. Of course i refused, and he told me that he wasnt going to offer it again. He also told me that when he first met me it was his intentions but told himself not to as he didnt want to mix business with pleasure. After that he has stopped talking to me which would of course be fine if I didnt work with him. Things are now very awkward and i dont know what to do.
