Alright, so ive been looking at these three cars and im having trouble making a decision. I would love to have your personal opinions of these cars, also i would like to know if any of them are expensive to maintain and difficult to work on. Please assume that each car was made in 1990 or later.

Whichever car you get, have it examined UNDERNEATH for any signs of rust or deterioration. Most of these cars get trashed from road salt by the time they get to this age!! The Mazda rotary engine is not as fuel efficient as the others, due to it's design flaws and inherent weaknesses. If the rotary selas wear out (and they do) you will have to have the engine removed and resealed. The conventional engines in the other two choices are more common to work on and are a better answer. Have a trustable technician evaluate either for state of deterioration, Usually, the Japanese engines and transmissions will outlast the cars thay are fitted to, unless the cars come from the South where road salt is not used. Good Luck!

Personally I'd pick a twin turbo Nissan 300ZX, both for looks and performance and heritage. Close second being the Mazda RX-7 Turbo because of its uniqueness due to the Rotary engine. But the Rotary is designed to burn oil so you need to top it off from time to time. And you can't use synthetic because it won't burn and build up in the combustion chamber causing a build up of pressure and cause leaks. I don't see anything special with the 3000 GT, a fast car, yes, in my opinion its the ugliest of the 3.
