i am doing a research paper for english and we have to prove something. my topic is how mister rogers neighborhood is the most influential childrens show. i need three controls for my thesis which i am having trouble with.
i have thought about some controls but they seem like it would be hard to get enough information on it.
the things i have thought about using for my controls are...
1. how the music influenced other shows.
-the jazz music was unique to other shows
2. his calm voice
-parents learned a new way to speak to their children
-shows were influenced to have a calm speaking host as well
3.the make believe world was separated from the real world
-unlike sesame street where they were combined.
i am really confused and would love some advice as to where to go from there.
how do i make them into controls and get enough information on them?
please share some more ideas for controls if you have them!
